Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead our tech-driven projects from concept to completion. As part of the KalPay team, you’ll manage projects that support our mission of providing financial empowerment while innovating at the cutting edge of financial technology. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of project management experience in a tech environment, who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting, and is passionate about fintech and technology.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Project Success: Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and closing, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables with KalPay’s strategic vision.
• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements for faster delivery, including resource planning and risk management.
• Manage Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to keep them updated on project milestones and address any roadblocks with solutions.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee testing and quality assurance to make sure deliverables meet KalPay’s high standards.
• Use Agile Methodologies: Implement agile principles to maintain project momentum, adjusting priorities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on project management experience, preferably in a tech company or startup environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledgeable in tech development processes, and familiar with agile project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Problem Solver: Able to tackle complex challenges with creativity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project updates and navigate team dynamics.
