The 3D Printing Lab consists of four advanced 3D printers, each catering to a diverse range of prototyping needs. The lab features two FDM-based 3D printers ideal for creating detailed and functional prototypes.
In addition, the lab includes one printer based on DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology and another using SLA (Stereolithography), both resin-based, offering ultra-high precision and smooth surface finishes for complex designs and intricate parts.
These machines support multiple resolutions, materials, and sizes, enabling the creation of highly accurate prototypes and custom parts tailored to specific requirements. From structural models to fit-testing components, the lab ensures precise, real-world functionality.
We also offer a wide variety of specialty filaments, including temperature-sensitive color-changing, light-reactive, wood-finish, and more. Materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, and high-grade polymers are readily available to support a range of design needs.
To further enhance capabilities, the lab houses a professional 3D scanner, an essential tool for reverse engineering, allowing users to replicate or modify existing objects with accuracy.
