Role Overview
As a BD MT, you won’t just be shadowing executives you will be co-piloting the growth of Pakistan’s next big tech hub. Working directly with the senior management team, you will drive modern real estate investment frameworks, build critical infrastructure for tech exporters, manage large-scale ecosystem events, and dive headfirst into the frontier of regulated virtual assets.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leasing & Virtual Infrastructure
- Corporate Leasing Pipeline: Identify, pitch to, and onboard long-term corporate tenants, IT exporters, software houses, and fast-growing tech startups.
- Ecosystem Solutions for Remote Workers: Actively market and manage “Correspondence Address” and virtual office packages tailored for freelancers and IT exporters, allowing them to leverage Pixel Park’s premium STZ corporate identity.
- Strategic Alliances: Structure joint-venture (JV) opportunities and commercial space models to ensure high, sustainable zone occupancy.
Alternative Real Estate Investments (PropTech)
- Fractionalized Offerings: Assist management in designing, structuring, and guiding clients on fractionalized real estate offerings, opening up micro-investment avenues in premium tech real estate.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with retail and institutional investors interested in alternative asset classes and digitized property fractions.
Ecosystem & Event Management
- Community Building: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact tech conferences, hackathons, networking mixers, and corporate launches at Pixel Park’s multipurpose halls.
- Monetization: Drive revenue and brand visibility through event space monetization and corporate sponsorships.
Frontier Tech & Virtual Assets Sandbox
- Regulatory & Market Research: Support the group’s entry into the virtual assets sandbox by researching global frameworks, compliance baselines, and local market trends.
- Fintech Exploration: Assist in evaluating and piloting various crypto products, decentralized applications, and digital services within our specialized sandbox environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Recent BBA or BSc (Honors) graduate from LUMS (SDSB).
- Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial. You should be equally comfortable presenting a real estate fractionalization spreadsheet as you are discussing crypto regulations or pitching to an IT exporter.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills (both verbal and written).
- Tech-Savvy: A strong curiosity or foundational understanding of blockchain, PropTech, Web3, or fintech ecosystems is highly advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to look at commercial contracts, financial fractions, or market data and extract actionable insights.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate to/work in Faisalabad and represent Pixel Park at national tech forums.

- Stipend: PKR 100,000 – PKR 120,000 per month (Base salary, commensurate with academic standing and interview performance).
