With over 15 years of experience across investment banking, emerging markets, and financial technology, Omair Ansari has built his career around identifying gaps in financial access and creating scalable solutions to bridge them. Before co-founding ABHI, he worked with leading global institutions including Morgan Stanley, gaining extensive exposure to capital markets, investments, and financial ecosystems across emerging economies.

From Experience to Vision

The idea behind ABHI emerged from a simple but persistent challenge observed across developing markets: millions of salaried individuals lacked timely access to their own earned income. Traditional financial systems often failed to address short-term liquidity needs, forcing employees toward debt or informal borrowing channels.

Drawing from years of experience in finance and emerging markets, Omair Ansari envisioned a platform that could make financial access more immediate, transparent, and inclusive. This led to the creation of ABHI — a fintech platform focused on earned wage access, payroll solutions, and embedded finance designed to empower employees and businesses alike. Under his leadership, ABHI has grown into one of Pakistan’s leading fintech ventures.
